Weights:

This section compares the finished weights of the model with a standard Century Hummingbird Fixed Pitch helicopter V2. The actual weight of plastic kit contained within the finished helicopter is 182.5g, having read forums on using a dremel to grind away some of the fuselage thickness I guess I could have done this to save some weight. In addition I could have removed some of the main chassis as its full strength is not needed. Other than that I cant really see many other ways of removing weight. The finished model is 2.5 times the weight of the standard Hummingbird however its performance I think is on a Par due to a combination of high power Li-Poly and Brushless motors.
